Evacuations, archives, districts, and migration routes create concrete survivors and losses that later missions can acknowledge.
Fifteen missions.
Four possible endings.
The campaign begins with one evacuation and grows into a struggle over which futures are allowed to exist. Every act changes who the player understands, who can stand together, and what “saving Soryn” actually means.
Implementation boundary: All fifteen missions now exist as linked development operations with fifteen ordered consequence records and four explicit ending types. One automated Harvest-founding, Life-Support-plus-Transit, Preserve-Lume route reaches Controlled Stabilization. Alternate complete routes, the other endings as full playthroughs, ordinary-player completion, broad branching, dialogue, cinematics, balance, and final presentation remain unfinished. This is not a public campaign release.
Choices return
as facts, not points.
There is no hidden good-or-evil meter. The campaign is designed to remember who paid for a decision, who benefited, what information was available, and whether the player still had another option.
What changed?
Harvested, preserved, or reshaped Wells alter routes, intelligence, reserves, and the possible tools available later.
Who believes you?
Alliance composition follows what each faction witnessed—not a single invisible relationship number.
ACT I / 01–05
Necessary Fires
The war begins as a chain of emergencies. Cities need power, migration routes are failing, and every side believes it is preventing a disaster. By the end of the act, a ceasefire opens under pressure whose source and intent remain unresolved.

What the Ledger Keeps
Mara Vey secures an evacuation outside Lume Reach. Talar Venn asks her to recover a displaced archive convoy, while Oruun warns that collapsing the central Well will reach a Kharuun birthing cavern. The player recovers the archive, selects Harvest, Preserve, or Reshape, and withdraws.
Campaign purpose: Teach gathering, scouting, the Future Well decision, and the idea that mission success is not the same as destroying everything.

Seven Accounts of Rain
The first Well decision determines which migration crossing still exists. Oruun’s force must uproot a Waystone, move and re-root it at that inherited route, then bring the memory-bearer to the matching account site. Destroying an enemy headquarters cannot substitute for completing the migration.
Campaign purpose: Introduce Kharuun movement, vibration intelligence, and memory as a system that can correct itself.

A City on Reserve
Mara extends ordinary Power Links until Lume Reach’s life-support, transit, and archive-continuity Aegis posts are all energized. The inherited Well choice sets the first priority, but victory requires stabilizing every district rather than destroying the opposing Core.
Campaign purpose: Turn Meridian connection into a city-scale responsibility and show why Rhyse’s policies appeal to people.

The Unburied Road
Three consistent campaign records reveal a road shaped by the original Well decision: Ash Cut, Buried Causeway, or Folded Verge. Oruun must establish a Waystone roadhead, raise a Listening Spine, and carry the memory-bearer to the missing shard without losing the force that makes recovery possible. Campaign purpose: Develop Waystone migration, adaptation, and the first evidence of deliberate omission.

Implemented prototype / Meridian treaty proxies
Terms of Continuance
Four consistent records authorize one inherited accord. Under Meridian command authority, the player completes a broken Power Link chain, synchronizes two treaty proxies by tick 300, keeps them synchronized through tick 900, and only then extracts two witness proxies. Two Kharuun-owned Adaptive-AI scouts provide generic unresolved pressure; the prototype does not establish their target choice, implement mixed-faction allied command, or identify them as the Choir.
Campaign purpose: End the opening act by making cooperation necessary before either faction is emotionally ready for it.
ACT II / 06–10
The Cost of One Future
The characters learn that their records are incomplete for different reasons. The Choir becomes understandable, and the player discovers that choosing one stable future may save millions while erasing others who can now speak for themselves.

Names Without Births
Five consistent records select the Foundry Roll, Missing Quarter, or Folded Register. Talar must locate the census trace before a worker can close the archive’s missing Power Link. Both civilian proxies must then reach shelter before Talar extracts the evidence. Losing Talar, the archive, either civilian, or either terminal Core outcome fails the operation.
Campaign purpose: Turn archives and civilians into active objectives. The recovered evidence establishes that names are missing; it does not yet identify who removed them, why they vanished, or whether one hidden enemy is responsible.

The Shape of Silence
Six consistent records select Cinder Hollow, Held Hollow, or Folded Hollow. Oruun must relocate and re-root a Waystone, establish a Listening Spine, place two distinct witnesses at paired sites, and reach their confluence without losing the force that makes the observation possible.
Campaign purpose: Establish a correspondence between the missing census and a hollow in communal memory. The current operation does not prove cause, hidden authorship, a Choir identity, or complete the planned Assembly confrontation.

The Shape Beside Us
Seven consistent records select one of three echo geometries. Talar observes the first echo, a worker completes an Echo Relay, two distinct witnesses cross their paired state sites, and Talar reaches the Neme-convergence site.
Campaign purpose: Make reciprocal contact repeatable and actionable. Mission 08 does not establish a unified Choir identity, causation, hidden authorship, or Choir command in that operation.

Reserve Authority
Eight consistent records grant Mara branch-specific authority over one finite reserve. Ordinary workers can power exactly two of Life Support, Transit, and Archive; Mara must then reach the intact deferred district. Powering all three or losing a protected objective fails the operation.
Campaign purpose: Turn command into visible triage and record the unsupported district. The result proves one local allocation only—not wider-city recovery or unmodeled civilian survival.

The Choir at Lume Reach
Nine consistent records select public contact, an inherited district liability, and one of 27 plans. Oruun re-roots the Waystone, raises two Listening Spines in order, commits a separate Harvest, Preserve, or Reshape protocol at the Lume Well, and reaches its public resolution.
Campaign purpose: Make the earlier route and allocation costs operational, then record a new Lume decision. Mara remains off-map, the Choir is public contact rather than commandable in Mission 10, and Meridian opposition is a mechanical quarantine proxy—not proof of Compact-wide action.
ACT III / 11–15
Crownfall
The final act asks what should replace a war built around extraction and omission. Previous choices shape who arrives, which routes still exist, and whether the factions can make a decision together.

No Neutral Ledger
The exact ten-record ledger produces 27 plans from the founding route, the two powered district interfaces, and the recorded Lume protocol. Oruun's Kharuun force re-roots the Waystone, builds links near both neutral district interfaces, attests two neutral public evidence endpoints, applies only the recorded protocol, and rallies at its public site.
Campaign purpose: Make earlier costs operationally visible through attributable public facts. The result is one bounded local coalition assembly—not mixed-faction command, Choir authority in Mission 11, a hidden trust score, or a modeled survivor roster.

The Future That Won
The exact eleven-record ledger produces 27 plans. Oruun and an independent Kharuun verifier establish paired readback, workers complete two exact links near the recorded Meridian district inputs, and a separate Future Well accepts only the recorded Lume protocol. After a 300-tick stability hold, both scouts observe the paired district sites. Rhyse is represented only by neutral, non-commandable demonstrator apparatus.
Campaign purpose: Test one bounded local protocol-activation and readback contract. The twelfth record does not prove population restoration, permanence, civilian survival, trust, consent, ethical justification, mixed-faction command, or a playable Rhyse.

Assembly of the Missing
The exact twelve-record ledger preserves 27 inherited plans. Oruun and a distinct Kharuun verifier establish paired readback across neutral Meridian and Kharuun public records. A worker links the neutral Crownfall public index with an ordinary Listening Spine, then the two scouts observe separate assembly witness sites.
Campaign purpose: Record one bounded public readback, link, and observation contract. The thirteenth record does not assign responsibility or authorship, establish trust or consent, model civilians or survivors, grant mixed-faction command or Choir authority in Mission 13, or select another Well protocol.

Several Voices, One Command
The exact thirteen-record ledger preserves 27 inherited plans. Under Hollow Choir authority, a protected Soldier voice resolves as Possible, a protected Heavy voice remains Manifest, and Neme occupies the inherited command site. Shared Resolution then permits a worker to raise a Phase Anchor and hold the incompatible command state for 160 fixed ticks.
Campaign purpose: Test one bounded Hollow Choir command-crisis perspective. The fourteenth record does not decide the Choir’s final fate, establish a permanent unified identity, prove broad faction balance, or complete the campaign.

The Broken Sun
The exact fourteen-record ledger yields 27 plans and an explicit earned subset of Restoration, Controlled Stabilization, Extinguishment, and Open Evolution. The local Hollow Choir secures Crownfall, completes a witnessed accord with protected neutral Mara, Oruun, and Talar, confirms one eligible ending twice, raises its distinct Resolution Conduit, and holds the exact contract.
Campaign purpose: Record one earned Crownfall resolution without a hidden morality score. One Controlled Stabilization route is complete in automation; the other endings and wider consequences are not complete playthroughs or final narrative presentation.
No ending
erases its cost.
The final report is designed to name concrete consequences and unresolved questions. These are ending directions, not four completed cinematic branches.
Restoration
Commit Soryn to one stable future. Cities gain certainty while unrealized branches lose their claim to continue.
Controlled stabilization
Limit the Crownfall without fully closing it. Survival improves, but authority over future decisions remains concentrated.
Extinguishment
End access to the Wells and their danger. The immediate conflict may stop at the cost of power, knowledge, and possibility.
Open evolution
Allow realized and unrealized states to coexist. It preserves possibility while accepting risks no existing society fully understands.
